• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• If there is a delay due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you.

Shipping Coverage

• We currently deliver across India.

• International shipping: No. If yes, additional charges apply.

Shipping Charges

• Orders below ₹100:

• Orders above ₹300/-: Free Shipping

(Shipping charges may vary based on weight, delivery location, and courier service.)

Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2 – 5 business days

• Other Cities: 4 – 7 business days

• Remote / Rural Areas: 7 – 12 business days

Note: Delivery may take longer due to weather, holidays, courier delays, or other external factors.

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable courier partners including Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, etc. The courier partner is automatically selected based on location and service availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number on your email/WhatsApp/SMS.

You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If the provided delivery address is incorrect, incomplete, or the delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, the parcel may return to us.

• Re-shipping charges will apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with:

• Take photos and videos of the package and items.

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [Your Email/WhatsApp/Phone Number].

We will verify the issue and arrange a refund/replacement as applicable.

Cancellations & Changes

Once the order is shipped, cancellation or address changes may not be possible.
